Job Description
• To provide admin support for Department’s self-funded programme (eg. admissions, module registration, credit transfer, etc)
• To provide admin support for SCALE matters, Materials Science and Engineering Department’s research programmes and student matters.
• To support the teaching admin team on all exam-related matters
• To provide general support to the Admin Office
• Any other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications
• Degree
• Strong interpersonal skills, good communication, organizational, time-management
• Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team-oriented with a strong service mind-set
• Able to work with all levels in the university
• Independent and self-motivated; team player with an eye for details
• Able to multitask and work on a wide range of job scope
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior experience in university and familiar with its operation would be advantageous
• Candidate who can start work immediately would be advantageous
