The University Campus Infrastructure (UCI) cluster of offices is helmed by the Vice President (Campus Infrastructure). The UCI team ensures that the campus infrastructure supports teaching and learning, as well as augments the campus experience for the community. We are adding an exciting new role to our team and seeking a Digital Journey Manager to work closely with relevant stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives and advise them on the optimal ways to achieve them. 
 

Job Description

  • Optimize operational touchpoints, focused on agile and flexible workplace strategies to foster fast pace, high-growth, productive environments.
  • Identify experiential needs, drive employee engagement to achieve the mandate of the programs.
  • Refine services, to deliver service offerings that are consistent across all groups around the organization including staff, students, customers, partners and vendors.
  • Streamline workflows with automation when possible and provide streamline access to capabilities and insights that impact day to day.
  • Champion opportunities to consistently improve experience.
  • Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the customer’s behalf.
  • Develop listening points in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Test new strategies for driving customer value.
  • Identify customized learning needs. Work with an internal design and development team to produce these learning elements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with design and consultancy experience
  • Passion for remaining up to date with digital and technology trends
  • Commercial yet customer-first mindset with the ability to identify customer needs
  • Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to communicate with senior management and external suppliers at all levels
  • Ability to interpret and evaluate information and make authoritative recommendations
  • Remain flexible to changing priorities and open to new ideas
  • Ability to think conceptually and creatively in order to continually develop functional area
