Senior Executive, Dean's Office (Education-CET) - (2 year contract)

Job Description

This position will be part of the Education Continuing Education & Training (Edu-CET) team. The team's objective is to achieve the School's strategic thrust to professionalize CET for a world-class experience through:  

•    Developing a pipeline of CET professional courses for SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding; 

•    Liaising between course providers and NUS SCALE to operationalize courses with approved SSG funding; 

•    To connect and support all stakeholders (participants, potential course providers and trainers) involved in different functions

•    Maintaining the current framework to support the above  

1 Manage registration and course operation workflows for SSG-funded courses

a.    Administer the operational workflow of the registration and payment system (Online Application Portal – OAP)
b.    Handle queries from participants regarding course information, registration and payment.  
c.    Track registration and payment progress to ensure smooth commencement of accredited courses.  
d.    Set up an expedient workflow for registration and payment while ensuring constant review and improvement of the workflow.

2 Funds Management & Finance Operation

a.    Liaise with NUS SCALE, NUSMed finance, course owner for funds drawdown.  
b.    Verification and confirmation of funds drawdown details. 
c.    Tracking of the funds flows to ensure prompt receipt and payment of funds..
d.    Update of SSG fund utilization

3 Course administration for all SSG-funded courses

a.    Support course owner with pre & post-course administrative matters for each new course run so as to ensure smooth execution and running of course delivery. 
b.    Set up training venue and refreshments. (for Edu-CET's own SSG-funded courses)

4 Project Management - SCALE Global Intitative (Ad Hoc / Summer/Winter Programme)

a.    Manage & coordinate weekly online synchronous sessions with learners, stakeholders from the SCALE Global Programs to achieve completion of all course delivery
b.    Oversee the overall operation aspect of the SCALE Global Program to ensure all deliverables of the program are met

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• Candidate with experience in higher education or healthcare industry will be a plus.
• Good analytical and communication skills with a strong service mindset.  
• Positive, motivated and able to work under pressure. 
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded with a strong desire to learn and grow as an individual.  
• Meticulous, strong coordination and organization skills.
