Job Description

National University of Singapore invites applications for the Executive/Senior Executive position.

To provide support to the Deputy Head (Academic) and Programme Director in administering the Undergraduate B.Sc.PFM (Project and Facilities Management) in the Department of the Built Environment.

  • Administer the Undergraduate program, admission, process, records and transfers.
  • Follow up on the paper work for submission and approval, changes to undergraduate program/ modules and co-ordination for management approvals.
  • Strategize course promotion activities to attract prospective students.
  • Liaise with external organisation to publicise programmes.
  • Handles the entire examination processes including examination results processing and reports preparation for various examination meetings.
  • Handles matters relating to awards and scholarships from nomination to disbursement of awards/scholarships; arrange financial support.
  • Oversee the final year project processes, special programmes such as Student Exchange Programme (SEP), NUS Oversea College (NOC), internships; where applicable.
  • Provide logistic support for all classes, tutorials and talks required; venues, schedules.
  • Oversee the accreditation of diplomas and polytechnic related matters from students.
  • Maintaining and updating curriculum information on the website.
  • Handles payments/ad-hoc finance related matters, students' enquiries and appeals.
  • Handles module changes, curriculum changes and putting up papers for approval.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned.


A recognized degree in any discipline.

  • Able to multi-task, work independently and a good team player
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
  • Analytical, meticulous and able to work under pressure
  • Competent in MS Office
  • Candidate should preferably have a few years of relevant experience
