Senior Executive, Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Services (2 year contract)

The Role

To manage the student exchange programme, assist in undergraduate admissions, outreach activities and students’ overseas community involvement projects; and provide support to student affairs matters and organize department events. 

Job Description

• To manage inbound and outbound student exchange programmes by liaising with the partner university, preparing programme for the visit and provide support to cross cultural modules administration
• Assist in admission related matters and recruitment activities
• Provide support to student life, student development and student care
• Coordinate department visits and events

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Possess passion to work with undergraduate students
• Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people and confidential data
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision, with initiative to problem solve and bring closure to matters within areas of responsibility
• Good team player
• Meticulous, responsive and adaptive to changes
• Proficient in MS Office applications
