We are looking for motivated individual who would like to be part of the team to 

• Promote lifelong learning by driving University-wide skills upgrading initiatives, cultivating self-directed learning mindset, and internal career mobility.
• Lead and implement learning and development initiatives and ensure alignment with key requirements from the business strategy and employee development plans
• Act as a trusted consultant to Business Stakeholders to advise, co-create, and implement developmental roadmaps.
• Leverage internal & external resources to implement learning programs and key capability development initiatives to support the University’s strategic initiatives.
• build a value-based community through planned engagement and employee listening strategies
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end operations including scheduling, communications, survey analysis and status reporting related to the assigned initiatives
• Shape and build technical solutions (with solution partners) to provide forward-looking system that empower staff to build and develop their skills inventory

• At least 12 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management and/or HR Business Partnering. Candidates with deeper experience will be considered for more senior role. 
• Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing innovative learning interventions, competency and learning frameworks for a large-scale organization with a range of employee profiles.
• Demonstrated ability in end to end program management. 
• Collaborative and influential in partnering with HR Business Partners as well as line managers to gain buy-in and alignment around key priorities.
• Strong interpersonal communications effectiveness, including verbal, written, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Resourceful, hands on and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
