Job Description

The incumbent will be assisting the MBA Programmes Office (Academic & Student Support) within the NUS Business School in the following areas: 


• General administrative work as assigned by the MBA office
• Provide classroom and logistical support
• Support in blended/hybrid learning demands


• At least a Diploma holder in the general field
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Savvy with IT and AV set-up/equipment
• Able to adopt flexible working hours including weekends if required
• Comfortable with interacting with students from diverse and multi-national backgrounds
• Prior experience in classroom support or Education industry will be advantageous
