Job Purpose
The NUS Law Academy provides lifelong learning opportunities through a variety of non-credit-bearing short courses, professional certificates, and bespoke programmes, serving both legal professionals and a broader audience.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Programme Administrator to manage the NUS Law Academy’s non-credit-bearing programmes. The role involves ensuring the smooth delivery of courses and managing the logistical and administrative tasks associated with our Auditing Programme, Short Courses & Bespoke Programmes.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director and Senior Assistant Dean of the NUS Law Academy, the incumbent will perform the following duties:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of non-credit-bearing programmes, including the preparation of course data, onboarding onto registration and learning management systems, marketing, admissions and fee collection.
- Manage all aspects of course operations, including orientation, assessment management, results processing, and post-programme evaluation.
- Coordinate SkillsFuture Credit claims and manage SILE-CPD accreditation applications, requirements & reporting for the Auditing Programme and Short Courses.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Ops and CIT for programme logistics and support.
- Procurement of goods & services, including appointment of course instructors.
- Ensure smooth and efficient event management for in-person courses and programmes.
- Attend to queries on programmes and requests for assistance from participants.
- Process, check, track P&L and reconcile income & expenditure for all programmes.
- Implement workflow improvement or automation projects to streamline administrative processes and enhance participant experience.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in events/programme/education management preferred.
- Possess excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Able to learn fast, adapt to changes and work after office hours when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress & Zoom Applications.
- Training will be provided for programme management related applications.
