Job Description

To provide administrative and operational support for the day-to-day running of NUS Law Academy’s graduate certificates & other programmes.

 

Duties & Responsibilities 

Working with Academic Affairs, the incumbent will assist the Senior Assistant Dean and Course Directors in the following: 

  • Website update and course data preparation for programme marketing
  • Application and candidate selection process
  • Enrolment, course registration and fee collection 
  • Examination administration, invigilation and results processing
  • Graduation processing for transcripts, certificates and ceremony 
  • Management of course materials, access to digital resources, library membership & student cards 
  • Student feedback administration and compilation of results
  • Venue & AV/IT support booking for programmes and examinations
  • Attend to queries on programmes and provide assistance to students/course participants
  • Procurement of teaching services and appointment of course instructors 
  • Process, check, track, reconcile income and expenditure 
  • Assist to provide data for quarterly CET Activities report and annual financial report
  • SkillsFuture grant management and reporting
  • SILE-CPD accreditation application and management for all programmes
  • Student records, alumni and participants database management 
  • Events Management (orientation, graduation & alumni networking)
  • Any other duties assigned by the Course Directors and Senior Assistant Dean

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder from a recognized university with minimum 3 years of working experience
  • Possess excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
  • Able to learn fast, adapt to changes and work overtime during course semesters
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Training will be provided for course management related applications.
