Job Description

Drive the School’s digital integration strategy—including digital outreach and business analysis—to advance research, academic, and administrative excellence. Lead projects, oversee vendors and student helpers, and act as both project lead and team player as needed.

A. Digital Integration, Business Analysis, and Project Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional digital integration projects to improve research, academic, and administrative processes.
  • Perform business analysis: engage stakeholders to identify needs, gather and document requirements, and map business processes for digital transformation.
  • Propose, implement, and manage integrated digital solutions; prepare business cases and evaluate outcomes.
  • Oversee end-to-end digital projects, including vendor management, documentation, budgeting, timelines, and delivery.
  • Oversee the technical and operational aspects of the School’s corporate website—including strategic planning, upgrades, migrations, audits, daily management, and technical enhancements—via content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitefinity), ensuring compliance with branding, security, accessibility, and data privacy standards.
  • Ensure the website effectively supports recruitment, events, research, and outreach in collaboration with marketing and relevant business units; analyse digital metrics (including website analytics and user engagement) and recommend improvements.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coordinate vendors and student helpers to ensure timely, high-quality digital deliverables.
  • Maintain helpdesk/ticketing log and resolve escalated user issues.
  • Champion adoption of new digital tools and platforms aligned with School strategy; stay current on emerging technologies.

B. Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for digital integration and business analysis matters, fostering collaboration among academic, administrative, IT, and external partners.
  • Lead training and change management to support smooth adoption of new digital solutions.
  • Communicate project goals and progress; prepare clear reports and updates for School management and stakeholders.
