Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, including quantitative analysis and archival work; proofread academic materials
• Prepare materials for the PI's academic presentations
• Manage academic conferencs and workships organized by the PI
• Manage project logistics and coordinate with other research assistants

Qualifications

• Possesses a strong academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university 
• Possess strong expertise in R, Stata, and Python
• Knowledge of political economy and Chinese politics
• Familiar with generative AI tools and technologies
• Are highly attentive to detail and committed to data accuracy and quality
• Be independent and initiated
