Job Description: 

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Office Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and adaptable, with the ability to manage office logistics, coordinate meetings, and support staff-related activities with professionalism and discretion.

Job Description

  • Ensure the office and meeting rooms are clean, organized, and conducive for work and meetings.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements including scheduling, preparing and circulating materials, room setup, and meeting-related administration and logistics.
  • Manage corporate and pantry supplies, including inventory control, procurement, and storage.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, courier arrangement , and manage confidential document disposal arrangement, etc.
  • Support staff welfare initiatives and assist with onboarding and/or offboarding activities.
  • Undertake other projects and duties as assigned to support our office operations.

Qualifications

  • Degree and/or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a secretarial or office administration role.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Resourceful, efficient, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented in handling administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
