As an Assistant Manager, Academy Programme & Management, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our key programmes and courses.
1. Programme & Course Management
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to understand programme and course requirements, contributing to the design and development of course outlines and content.
- Coordination & Delivery: Partner with relevant departments and clients to plan, organize, and deliver key programmes and courses effectively.
- Performance Measurement: Collect and analyze programme performance data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Review & Follow-Up: Organize and coordinate programme review meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and addressed promptly.
2. Course Portfolio / Catalogue Management
- Market Research: Work closely with subject matter experts to conduct market research, enhance course offerings, and set benchmarking standards.
- Demand Tracking: Monitor and manage market demand, contributing to content development to boost enrollment and outreach effectiveness.
- Catalogue Maintenance: Ensure the course catalogue is up-to-date and accurately maintained for management and reporting purposes.
- Query Assistance: Address inquiries related to programmes and courses promptly and efficiently.
- Review Coordination: Organize and oversee the annual review of the catalogue and conduct regular review meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with at least 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in the training industry or educational practices especially course curation activities.
- Strong organizational, project and stakeholder management skills, and with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Broad interest/knowledge in ICT/digital subject areas
- Experience in training industry or educational practices will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mature, attentive to detail, adaptive with good problem-solving skills
- Possess good customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
