Job Description

  • Prepare revenue forecasting and analysis dashboard for monthly Financial Performance Meeting (extract, clean, validate data from different sources, analysis, forecasting, minutes etc.). This includes revenue forecasting and analysis, highlighting trends, identifying causes of variances and provide recommendations of actions required
  • Prepare revenue forecasting and analysis report for the Management meeting. 
  • Prepare internal reports to other departments upon request
  • Prepare Revenue Forecast & Budget
  • Provide data for calendaring, course planning & catering budget
  • Business Partner with function heads, programme chiefs and cross-functional teams in financial analysis, forecast and budget
  • Perform cost and benefit analysis for courses, programmes
  • Identify and suggest areas to automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational processes for better efficiency
  • Responsible for grant submission & address to grantors’ queries
  • Assist in grant audit, revenue reconciliation, training outcome survey
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications

  • Possess relevant academic qualification with a minimum of 5 years of related finance/accounting work experience
  • Prior experience in preparing revenue forecasting and analysis, working with various department heads / stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Experience in data modelling – logical and physical data model
  • Highly numeric with strong analytical and problem solving skills, meticulous
  • Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and possess drive to continually improve processes
  • Excellent relationship builder, with the ability to gain credibility with a variety of stakeholders
  • Power BI experience is strongly preferred - dashboard creation or data visualisation
  • Exceptional Microsoft suite skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong commercial awareness & critical thinking skills, high attention to detail and hands-on attitude
