This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, managing the reception area, and conducting telemarketing activities. Job Description

Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries professionally and accurately.

Provide information about the programs and assist with registration.

Manage the reception area, warmly welcoming and assisting all visitors.

Conduct telemarketing and calls to promote programs and maintain prospect records.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases.
Qualifications

Degree in Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
