This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, managing the reception area, and conducting telemarketing activities. You will be a key part of our commitment to providing excellent service to all clients and visitors.

Job Description

  • Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries professionally and accurately.

  • Provide information about the programs and assist with registration.

  • Manage the reception area, warmly welcoming and assisting all visitors.

  • Conduct telemarketing and calls to promote programs and maintain prospect records.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
