The Senior Manager will : 

 

  • Manage a team to ensure a smooth learning journey and effective operations for learners in executive education and/or graduate programmes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, and implement processes for pre-, actual, and post-programmes for executive education courses and graduate programme admissions.
  • Oversee the daily operations of executive education and related programmes to ensure compliance with NUS-ISS, funding agencies, and customers’ requirements.
  • Review and develop procedures and guidelines for all programmes to stay ahead of industry developments and apply best practices. The incumbent will also be responsible for implementing and reviewing processes for continuous improvement.
  • Generate statistics for internal and external stakeholders and perform data analysis/studies.
  • Work closely with Practice Chiefs and Programme Chiefs, Business Development, and the Graduate Recruitment team to achieve programme operations and admissions goals.
  • Undertake ad-hoc work projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A degree from a reputable university with at least 15 years of experience and a proven track record, preferably in an educational environment with exposure to systems and operational work.
  • Experience in admissions operations or registrar's work, and experience in an international environment are plus points.
  • Knowledge of SSG funded requirements will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
