The Senior Manager will:
- Lead a team to ensure smooth operational processes for learners across graduate programs, from admissions through to graduation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, design, and implement processes that support the full lifecycle of graduate programmes, including admissions, programme execution, and graduation ceremonies.
- Oversee the daily operations of admissions, examination activities, graduation processes, student welfare and to ensure compliance with NUS-ISS standards, regulatory bodies, and funding agency requirements.
- Continuously review and improve processes and guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with industry best practices.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports for both internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making and track progress.
- Work closely with Practice Chiefs, Programme Chiefs, Business Development, and the Graduate Recruitment team to meet the goals of admissions and programme completion.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects related to programme operations and student services as needed.
Qualifications
- A degree from a reputable university with at least 15 years of experience, ideally in admissions, programme operations, or student services.
- Experience in managing the full student lifecycle, including admissions and graduation processes, preferably in higher education environment.
- Familiarity with registrar requirements or other educational funding schemes is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex operational processes.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
