Admin Assistant (12-Month Contract)

Job Description
This person will work closely with the other contract management team members and programme managers on matters related but not limited to:
- Consolidate internship job descriptions to facilitate internship placement and update company master list
- Prepare and collate signed agreements from internship companies
- Drive and coordinate procurement and contract matters for instructors, assessors and mentors
- Prepare training grant and invoices to bill internship companies
- Monitor timely disbursement to students and payment from companies
- Assist in preparation of supporting documents for visa application
This is an hourly rated position.
Qualifications
- Diploma with at least 3 years working experience, preferably university degree
- Mature disposition to manage internal and external stakeholders confidently
- Experience in administrative support role
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Highly organised and able to multi-task
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and savvy with web applications including MS 365 Office Applications (MS Form, MS Power Automate etc) and DocuSign.
