We are currently hiring a Centre Lead/Manager to support us in anchoring our Vietnam expansion plans in-market, which includes:
• Expand the breadth and depth of our Vietnam network, identify and develop key industry partners we can work with and support BLOCK71 startups’ expansion in Vietnam. 
• Support the in-market business environment navigation from our startups exploring the Vietnam market. 
• Facilitate open innovation challenges, networking events and industry meetings to create business opportunities for our startups. 
• Conduct in-market research and help inform our team on developments of interest in the country. 
• Serve as an active ambassador for BLOCK71 and a key resource in enabling market access in Vietnam. 

Qualifications

•  Ability to see the big picture while having a knack for implementation down to the finest operational details. 
•  Knowledge of and network in the business community and industry network in Vietnam. It would be advantageous if you have relationships in industry verticals that promising in generating demand, you can pitch the industries and why you are bullish about them.
•  Resourcefulness and communication skills to work with various stakeholders to see to the execution of initiatives from setup of new centre(s) as required to running of events.
•  Good project management skills and embrace a data driven approach in providing operations and reporting 
•  Committed to a culture of excellence in pushing ourselves and supporting our team mates to be world class in what we do
•  You are presently based in Vietnam or frequent Vietnam, you are prepared to be based in Vietnam for the role
