About Us

We’re NUS Enterprise, the innovation and entrepreneurship arm of the National University of Singapore (NUS). Our mission: turn frontier science into globally transformative products and companies. We back bold ideas with the potential to reshape entire industries—and we’re just getting started.

We are recruiting for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation.

As we expand our strategic programmes and partner collaborations, we’re looking for a Community & Partnerships Manager who can deepen relationships, co-create meaningful initiatives, and represent the TIG Centre. You will support engagement through dynamic content creation, strategic outreach, and creative communications that bring our brand and programmes to life. This role blends digital fluency with a deep understanding of community dynamics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Website and Digital Presence Management: Manage the content of the Centre’s website as well as track metrics and milestones across our web portal.
  • Community Engagement & Storytelling: Collaborate with startups, mentors, and alumni to spotlight founder journeys, programme highlights, and key ecosystem narratives. Develop authentic content that resonates with founders, students, and partners.
  • Social & Digital Outreach: Run the Centre’s digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, EDMs) and design campaign strategies for event recruitment, startup features, and brand positioning. Keep the tone grounded, community-centric, and reflective of startup energy.
  • Visual Content Creation: Design digital collaterals, event posters, and content visuals using Canva or similar tools. Ensure materials are aligned with BLOCK71’s evolving brand identity and platform-specific best practices.
  • On-ground Activation: Support physical community engagement through event branding, founder outreach, and centre-level visibility across the Centre and NUS i3.
  • Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with the rest of the Community & Incubation teams to execute campaign needs tied to programme launches, demo days, exhibitions, and regional ecosystem events.
  • Industry Insights: Keep a pulse on startup and innovation trends, and help the Group shape content, campaigns, and formats that anticipate and meet founder needs

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in community engagement, digital communications, or programme support—ideally in startup, tech, or creative environments.
  • Strong writing and content design skills; familiarity with Canva, social tools, and newsletter platforms.
  • Keen eye for visual storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Able to balance creativity with execution—meeting deadlines while staying flexible.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in fast-paced environments, and deeply aligned with the values of community-building and entrepreneurship.

Qualities We Look For

  • Strong team player attributes.
  • Positive mindset geared for continuous learning, growth and improvement.
  • Interest in nurturing and supporting startups from zero to beyond.
  • Meticulous with data, documentation and follow-through.
