We are recruiting for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation.

The Role

We are currently hiring an executive/senior executive to support TIG Collaboration Centre’s CyberBoost department, which oversees incubation and accelerator programmes designed to nurture and support growth of leading cybersecurity startups in Singapore and globally.  

As a Programme Executive/Senior Executive, you will provide operational and administrative support  in management and delivery of CyberBoost programme(s) at TIG Centre.

 

What You’ll Do

On this role, you will work closely with and support Venture Lead of TIG Centre to ensure operational effectiveness of the programme(s).  Key responsibilities of this role include

1. Data, Reporting and Analytics

  • Update and maintain records in participant and project management system on applications, status, attendance, outcomes.
  • Collate KPIs, metrics, and feedback from participants for programme performance tracking.
  • Prepare reports at planned intervals for stakeholders.

2. Finance and Procurement Administration

  • Process procurement requests (PRs), quotations and purchase orders in line with policy, in collaboration with cross-functional teams (E.g. TIG Centre Programme Office). 
  • Track department budgets, invoices and payments; reconcile expenses against cost centres.
  • Maintain good documentation for audits and reporting.

3. Programme support

  • Support running of incubator / accelerator programme sessions with Venture Lead and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support creation of basic marketing content for programme website and social media in line with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Assist in developing participant handbooks, decks, and guides; ensure materials are current and accessible.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on programme logistics where required (e.g. venue bookings, catering, AV/IT setup).

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Work with team members to collect and synthesise feedback from participants and partners to improve programme processes and experience.
  • Support in documentation of lessons learned; refine SOPs, templates, and checklists.
  • Proactively create positive engagement experience through touch points with programme participants, partners and stakeholders that you may come into contact with.

Duties and Responsibilities

What You Bring

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in programme coordination, project administration, events management, or operations (experience in education, training, innovation, or tech ecosystems is advantageous).
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

 

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong project management skills-set.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in professional correspondence and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365/Google Workspace), Excel spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Comfortable with participant and project management systems, basic analytics/dashboards, and events platforms (e.g., Zoom, Eventbrite).
  • Basic understanding of procurement and finance processes; vendor management experience a plus.
