We are currently hiring a Lead for Singapore to anchor our programme operations, which includes:
• Develop and implement programmes to support the growth of our ecosystem from sourcing for quality startups to supporting them in achieving their next milestones. 
• See to the smooth execution of programme activities, manage related stakeholders and resources, internal and external. 
• Account manage startups as required
• Provide startup needs analysis, proactively tracking programme success and iterate on programme design as necessary using a data driven approach. 
• Serve as active ambassador for our programmes and a coach in programme development to others in the extended ecosystem building team.

Qualifications

• Ability to see the big picture while having a knack for implementation down to the finest operational details. 
• Knowledge of and network in the tech start-ups scene in Singapore or other countries in Southeast Asia. Prior experience in venture capital or accelerators/incubators will be advantageous.  
• Resourcefulness and communication skills to work with stakeholders in ensuring smooth running of programmes and operations.
• Good project management skills and embrace a data driven approach in providing operations and reporting 
• Committed to a culture of excellence in pushing ourselves and supporting our team mates to be world class in what we do
