About the Role

 

To augment our manpower resources in the School, we are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join our SCALE-Global as a Temporary Business Development Assistant.

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager/Manager (SCALE-Global), the incumbent assists in a wide range of duties that need to be executed in an effective and efficient manner to support the smooth functioning of the unit.  

 

This role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis, subject to renewal. 

 

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

 

Assist BD manager in the following:
•    Handle general public enquires about the programmes
•    Finalise programs, draft outline contracts and instructor engagement for approval and processing
•    Follow up with clients on program details including interim changes
•    Liaising with Operations on programs as well as problem solving where required
•    Administrative support for programmes planning and events management
•    Other ad hoc projects, assigned by supervisor/HOD
