All programmes are designed and developed in consultation with the industry to ensure relevance and currency.

 

About the Role
To augment our manpower resources in the School, we are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join our SCALE-Global as a Temporary Programme Operations Assistant.


Reporting to the Head (Programme Delivery), the incumbent is mainly recruited to support the NUS Youth Open Enrolment programme and other youth programmes. They will assist in a wide range of programme operations and marketing-related administrative duties that need to be executed in an effective and efficient manner to support the smooth functioning of the unit.

 

This role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis.
 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Assist in handling programme-related enquiries through email and during roadshows.
•    Update mailing lists and respond to EDM and other B2C marketing activities.
•    Assist applicants in the registration process through SCALE Online Registration System.
•    Assist in managing registration list and provide weekly updates to stakeholders on registration status.
•    Administrative support for programme planning and events management.
•    Technical support for SCALE Online Registration System related activities.
•    Assist in the running of operations for winter/summer programmes and events.
•    Assist in market research for various markets e.g. market sensing, competitive analysis, etc.
•    Assist in other ad hoc projects, assigned by supervisor/HOD.

Requirements:

 

Academic & Professional Certification
•    Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent preferred.
•    IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.


 
Experience & Attributes
•    Preferably 1-2 years of related working experience.
•    Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude.
•    Excellent coordination and organization skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
•    Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset while handling the tasks assigned.
•    Strong team player who is meticulous, resourceful, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented and ambiguous work environment.
•    Basic Excel and computer literacy.
•    Experience in handling customer calls and emails.
•    Keen to learn new systems.
