Job Description
The Centre for Advanced 2D Materials is seeking a research assistant for the theoretical study of the modifications to change puddles in strong magnetic fields (with Landau levels). The successful candidate will collaborate with Shaffique Adam and Giovanni Vignale to understand the large linear magnetotransport seen in monolayer graphene in strong magnetic fields. Experience in analytical and numerical treatment of magnetoresistance in graphene systems and electron hydrodynamics in twisted van der Waals heterostructures is required.
