Job Description

To support the design, implementation, analysis, and reporting of behavioural and training experiments aimed at enhancing learning outcomes. The role involves working closely with both data and people, including study participants and research collaborators, to ensure high-quality research delivery.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and conduct behavioural training experiments.
  • Perform data analysis and visualisation using software such as R, MATLAB, or Python.
  • Recruit and coordinate participants for experimental studies, including scheduling and administering sessions.
  • Assist in preparing research reports, grant submissions, and publications for academic and funding purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, technical staff, and administrative personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Data Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in experimental design, data analysis, or research support.
  • Proficient in at least one data analysis platform (e.g., R, MATLAB, or Python).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with human subject research and/or running behavioural experiments is an advantage.
