Job Description

 

They will support the development of rigorous mass and energy balance equations, first-principles reactor and recycle modeling, heat-exchange network design, and support catalyst scale-up for pilot-scale implementation, establishing the engineering foundation for scaling hydrogen production from 1 to 100 kg/day.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
  2. At least 1 year of hands-on research experience in heterogeneous catalysis or catalyst development.
  3. Experience in catalyst synthesis, preparation, and characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, XRD, BET, Raman, TPR, TEM) is preferred.
  4. Knowledge of reaction engineering, gas-solid reactions, and catalytic reactor systems.
  5. Experience in catalyst scale-up, pilot-scale experiments, or process scale-up is an advantage.
  6. Strong experimental, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research team.
  8. Good written and spoken English communication skills.
