Temporary Clinical Research Call Center Officer (Cancer Science Institute)

Job Summary

Professor Lee Soo Chin is looking for 2x Clinical Research Call Center Officer to provide hotline services, conduct telephone surveys and assist in setting up of events.

Applicants who can commit on both periods will be prioritized:

• 9 September 2024 to 15 November 2024
• 2 January 2025 to 31 January 2025

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least Diploma in Health Sciences or equivalent
• Proficient in English and Chinese/Malay is essential for effective communication with patients and research participants
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to patient care and clinical research
• Team Player, Meticulous and Highly Organized

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide Hotline Services

• Ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for participants throughout the scheduling and information process
• Check and confirm participant eligibility
• Schedule participants in scanning appointments and booking it via online appointment system
• Address any enquiries participants may have regarding the scans/ mammography

Telephone Survey

• Conduct pre-scan/ mammography interviews with participants and recording their responses
• Preparation and sending mailers

Event

• Assist with setting up of roadshow event (Lottery/ Lucky Draw)
