Job Description

As a premier think-tank on real estate and urban studies, the Institute of Real Estate & Urban Studies (IREUS) seek to be at the forefront of research, driving thought leadership to create value for all their stakeholders including both academics and the broader community in the public and private sector, and fruitfully engage in prevailing conversations on the built environment, technology and sustainability.

The candidate will assist in research collaboration (data collection and analysis) with government agencies and collect data, code and run regressions and write report for research projects conducted by IREUS.  

Qualifications

  • Candidates with a Bachelor's degree from Real Estate Urban Planning are encouraged to apply
  • The ideal candidate is preferably someone open-minded to unique fields of research, independent, and hardworking
  • A good understanding of and a relevant experience in using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies would be preferred
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate experience in research, fieldwork, data collection and publication
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently
