Job Purpose
As a premier think-tank on real estate and urban studies, the Institute of Real Estate & Urban Studies (IREUS) seek to be at the forefront of research, driving thought leadership to create value for all their stakeholders including both academics and the broader community in the public and private sector, and fruitfully engage in prevailing conversations on the built environment, technology and sustainability.

The candidate will work with the research team at IREUS on projects such as studying the marginalized people in urban settings, specifically in Singapore, using microdata e.g. issues related to real estate rentals by marginalized consumers.
Qualifications
- A PhD in relevant disciplines from a reputable university
- A good understanding of and a relevant experience in using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies would be preferred
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Demonstrate experience in research, fieldwork, data collection and publication
- Demonstrate ability to work independently
