Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Recruit, train, assess and supervise personnel performing recruitment and interviewing to ensure quality of the participant data.
2. Manage the recruitment listings and study visit scheduling to ensure response rates and operating capacity are maximised, and project timelines are being met
3. Design, test, implement and review new workflows or surveys
4. Review fieldwork data and process quality, including conducting vendor audits
5. Ensure participant information in the operations database is updated and accurate and the completed consent and data forms are accounted for and securely stored
6. Record and track the submission, rework or rejection of consent forms and questionnaires and generate reports on data quality
7. Investigate participant complaints and incidents and implement appropriate actions for continual improvement of processes and service
8. Update IRB protocols and reports and consent forms
9. Update SOPs, guides and work instructions for fieldwork
9. Verify monthly payments to vendors
10. Manage the cash and vouchers for the reimbursement to participants of various projects
Qualifications
- A degree holder, preferably from a biomedical or life science discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience and 2 year of supervisory experience
- Clear, good communication and writing skills
- Careful and meticulous with data and fund management
- Fluent in English and at least 1 other local language (for examples Malay or Chinese) to be able to understand and communicate with research participants who are only able to speak Malay or Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Familiarity with using Redcap or equivalent survey building application and Power Automate will be an advantage
