The incumbent is expected to provide administration support to the Vice Dean (Academic Affairs) particularly in supporting the School's Academic Domains for their operations.

1. Support the Domains' meetings, for examples setting up the logistics of meetings, writing of minutes, follow-up on actions etc. 
2. Assist the Domain Leaders with preparing of reports and presentations relating to faculty recruitment, appraisals and general performance management of members in the Domains. 
3. Support the Domain Leaders in planning and coordination of social bonding activities. This shall includes management of budget of the events, submission of claims and invoices etc. 
4. Assist with drafting and distributing of Domain-level communications; connect with School's Communication team for updating of Faculty appointments on Domains' page on School website. 
5. Manage the calendar for Vice Dean (Academic Affairs) and coordinate meetings for Vice Dean (Academic Affairs). 
6. Any other duties as assigned by Vice Dean (Academic Affairs) and Reporting Manager. 

Qualifications

- Minimum a Degree from a recognised institution. 
- 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience. 
- Good writing, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. 
- Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with a positive work attitude and responsive and adaptive to changes. 
- Have experience with managing different stakeholders, budgeting and events management. 
- A keen eye for details. 
- Good team player, pleasant disposition, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
