Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager (Master Data Management)

Job Description

The incumbent will be part of the S4Hana Master Data (Supplier and Customer) Team. 

Roles and responsibilities:

• Process the master data maintenance requests from the department users within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Attend to queries from the various departments
• Work closely with team members or other departments in issue resolution
• Participate actively in finance projects that impacts supplier/customer master data
• Carry out the UAT activities and troubleshooting for system implementation/ enhancements
• Perform data analytics to detect anomaly
• Support all audit relating to Master Data related matters
• Drive process improvement 
• Any ad hoc duty as assigned

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Strong process improvement mindset
• Preferably with 3 years or more of experience
• Meticulous and excellent attention to details
• Preferably with experience in SAP  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong problem solver
• Strong ability to drive process improvement
