Job Purpose :

 

The Office of Student Affairs at the National University of Singapore is seeking a committed and resourceful Manager to join the Student Leadership and Development team. This role supports the administration, advisory, and continuous improvement of key student-facing systems and processes that enable a vibrant student life experience across the University.

 

You will play an important role in managing operational workflows, supporting student organisations, and ensuring that students and staff are well-guided in the use of university systems and schemes. The role requires a strong service mindset, good judgement, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

 

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of NUSync, the CCA records system for student organisations
  • Develop, review, and contextualise user guides and support materials for both staff and students
  • Create, document, automate and improve standard operating procedures for system and operational processes
  • Serve as Staff Advisor to selected student organisations, providing guidance on governance, processes, and student development matters
  • Support reporting, records management, and operational follow-up as required
  • Undertake ad hoc duties and projects assigned by the Reporting Manager

Qualifications

  • Recognised university degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in student administration, operations, programme management, or higher education administration will be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Good writing skills, with experience preparing guides, SOPs, and communications for different user groups
  • Comfortable handling systems-related matters, including issue resolution and stakeholder support
  • Have experience in automation to streamline workflows
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging students, staff, and student leaders
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, proactive, and service-oriented
  • Experience working with student organisations or in a university setting will be an advantage
