Job Description
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead our brand’s presence across social medial platforms.
We are looking for
- An energetic marketer with a passion and understanding for brand building and strategic marketing
- An organized self-starter who is able to multi-task effectively and make sense of ambiguity
- A strong communicator who possesses excellent written and spoken communication skills
- A storyteller with a flair for crafting content that engages
- Someone highly comfortable with technology, and abreast of developments in content management and digital marketing
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Create and curate high quality content (graphics, videos, copy) tailored to each channel
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting and brand voice through effective project management
- Monitor and analyse content/campaign performance for reporting and implement recommended improvements
- Establish a deep understanding of the social platform and stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, so as to support on-going efforts to enhance user experience
- Respond to community engagements and/or comments in a timely brand appropriate manner
- Support or contribute to other cross-functional projects or priorities as needed
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or English Literature. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing
- Demonstrated experience in content marketing and excellent copywriting skills
- Experience with content management systems essential
- Basic creative design (graphic/video) and data analysis skills highly advantageous
- Relevant experience in tech-driven/ digital marketing/ social media teams an advantage
- May require availability during some evenings and occasional weekends
