Job Description
• Have customer-centric mentality in all aspects of customer touchpoints.
• Handle all correspondences / letters / reports promptly and efficiently.
• Contribute in projects / working committees for business process enhancements and re-engineering initiatives.
• Work with Finance team to ensure prompt, accurate billings and any other financial matters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in work flow processes.
• Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries related to student housing promptly and professionally; and reply to email enquiries timely.
• Assist to guide junior / temp staff in the team, when required.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
• Degree in Hospitality / Estate Management or related discipline, with relevant experiences and strong management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and well groomed.
• Positive attitude and a good team player.
