Job Description

⦁    Manage the implementation of new campus wide access control system.
⦁    Lead the planning and execution of Campus Emergency and Security activities for access control system, e.g. global administrator, blacklisting, creation of site admins, etc.
⦁    Develop and update policies and procedures relating to access control system.
⦁    Engage stakeholders on their feedback and service requests.
⦁    Conduct regular audits on access control system.
⦁    Support key projects/tasks.

Qualifications

⦁    Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Security, Engineering).
⦁    5 years of relevant experience in security/projects.
⦁    Experience with various stakeholders and managing large-scale door access control system.
⦁    Good planning and organisational skills.
⦁    Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
⦁    Good interpersonal and communication skills.
⦁    Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
