We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Content & Digital Media Production Manager to lead the development and maintenance of media assets that support our digital tools and AI training programmes. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end production of engaging, high-quality training content—including videos, websites, courseware, infographics, and more—that help employees build practical skills in modern digital and AI tools.
You will work closely with subject matter experts and ensure the content is informative, visually compelling, and relevant to real-world application. This role is critical to scaling digital and AI capability across the organisation through professional, user-centric content.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the production, curation, maintenance, and refresh of training content related to digital productivity and AI tools.
- Ensure all media assets meet instructional goals, brand standards, and accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging learning experiences.
- Monitor feedback and usage analytics to guide continuous improvement and updates to training content.
- Lead production planning, timelines, resource allocation, and vendor management (if applicable).
Key Competency Areas
Creativity and Originality
You bring innovative ideas to training design and are always seeking new formats or visual approaches to enhance learning and engagement. You inspire creativity in your team while ensuring alignment with the programme's goals.
Strong Storytelling Skills
You can shape complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with learners. You understand how to structure stories for video, digital modules, or interactive formats to make learning both engaging and effective.
Audience Awareness
You create with the learner in mind. You understand the training needs of learners in a professional setting and tailor tone, format, and content delivery to maximise relevance and retention.
Technical Proficiency
You are hands-on with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Camtasia, Figma, and Canva, and have some experience with LMS platforms such as canvas. You understand file formats, compression, accessibility, and publishing best practices for digital learning content.
Visual and Aesthetic Sense
You have a strong sense of visual design and ensure consistency, clarity, and brand alignment in every asset—whether it’s a training video, graphic, or digital interface.
Attention to Detail
You maintain high standards for quality control and ensure every piece of content is polished, error-free, and instructionally sound.
Adaptability and Versatility
You are comfortable working across content types—videos, infographics, interactive modules, websites—and can pivot based on feedback or changing priorities in a dynamic training environment.
Collaboration and Communication
You work closely with trainers, tech specialists, and other stakeholders. You provide clear creative direction, listen actively, and foster a collaborative production process.
Project and Time Management
You are organised and efficient, able to manage multiple projects at once while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and production milestones are met without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in media/content production
- Experience producing learning content for technical or enterprise training programs, preferably related to digital tools or AI.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to lead content creation across formats.
