Job Description

  • Have customer-centric mentality in all aspects of customer touch points.
  • Handle all correspondences / letters / reports promptly and efficiently.
  • Contribute in projects / working committees for business process enhancements and re-engineering initiatives.
  • Work with Finance team to ensure prompt, accurate billings and any other financial matters.
  • Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries related to student housing promptly and professionally; and reply to email enquiries within stipulated timeframe.
  • Assist to manage junior / temp staff in the team, when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in work flow processes.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality / Estate Management or related discipline, with relevant work experiences and strong management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation appropriate for a customer-facing role.
  • Positive attitude and a good team player.
