- Have customer-centric mentality in all aspects of customer touch points.
- Handle all correspondences / letters / reports promptly and efficiently.
- Contribute in projects / working committees for business process enhancements and re-engineering initiatives.
- Work with Finance team to ensure prompt, accurate billings and any other financial matters.
- Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries related to student housing promptly and professionally; and reply to email enquiries within stipulated timeframe.
- Assist to manage junior / temp staff in the team, when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in work flow processes.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality / Estate Management or related discipline, with relevant work experiences and strong management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Professional demeanor and presentation appropriate for a customer-facing role.
- Positive attitude and a good team player.
