Executive / Specialist Associate (Data & Document Controller)

Short Description

The team supports the operations of the University of Campus Infrastructure, Campus Asset Management division, in three core areas - Design Management, Planning and Code Compliance. This position is to assist the team primarily in the planning function. The planning function takes on a campus-wide perspective which defines the scope and implementation details that meet faculty requirements and University's objectives and vision. 

Job Description

•    Ensure proper documentation classification and filling system to facilitate easy retrieval
•    Reconcile the as-built drawings, with site verifications, to form the base for 3D BIM development
•    Efficient in model management administration and maintenance
•    Assist BIM Manager to manage and coordinate sensitive and confidential information 
•    Responsible for information extraction and data analytics from BIM models.
•    Work with Design Development team in producing Feasibility Studies for campus development
 

Qualifications

•    Minimum Diploma in Architecture or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
•    At least 3 Year(s) of relevant experience in Architectural/ Structural/ Mechanical & Electrical BIM Models related projects
•    Proficient in Revit and well-versed with data analytics and visualisation e.g. Power BI, Rapid Miner
•    Basic background knowledge of CAD, Computer Programming Language will be an added advantage
•    General knowledge in creation and maintenance of databases 

Tenure: 3 years contract
