As a Management Associate, you will be provided with a structured development path, including up to three job rotations across different functions in the University over a 24-month period. You will participate in developmental/special projects, gain exposure to planning work and experience day-to-day aspects of how a leading university operates, receive core training, and have opportunities to network with stakeholders and leaders.
Upon successful completion of the programme, you may be promoted and posted to a suitable appointment, subject to your performance, potential, and organisational needs, while considering your career aspirations. You will also be given continued opportunities for professional development.

- Interview Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a selection process which may include online psychometric assessments, AI video interview and onsite face-face interview / case study.
- Offer: You will be notified by May 2026 if you have been offered a position in our NUS Management Associate Programme. The successful candidate is expected to commence work on 1 July 2026.
