As a Management Associate, you will be exposed to different facets of the university operations through cross-functional job rotations over a duration of 18 months. You will participate in challenging projects, receive core training, networking opportunities with senior management, and development guidance to accelerate your professional development. 

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be posted to assume suitable appointments, where you will continue to be given opportunities for exposure.
 

Job Requirements

You are a fresh graduate with less than 2 years of working experience. You have outstanding interpersonal skills, adaptable, result driven, an agile mindset, enthusiasm for leadership position, and “can-do” attitude. Your interest in higher education excites you about the meaningful work we do at NUS.

Here's what you may expect of the interview process: 
1.    Online Application: opens from December 2023 to April 2024. Interested candidates are invited to submit your resume, detailing your motivation to join NUS. 
2.    Interview Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a stringent selection process which may include online psychometric assessments, AI video interview and onsite face-face interview / case study. 
3.    Offer: You will be notified by NUS latest by April 2024 if you have been offered a position in our NUS Management Associate Program. The successful candidate is expected to commence work in July 2024.
