Job Description

We are seeking a technically proficient and collaborative Manager, FP&A Data Enablement & Governance to support data infrastructure, system integration, and governance efforts within Central FP&A. Reporting to Senior Associate Director, this role which will based in the Finance department and will serve as the bridge between Finance, IT, and system vendors — ensuring robust data integration, system stability, and strong data governance practices.

 

The person will contribute to FP&A system implementation and post-go-live operations, focusing on data integrity, system enablement, and continuous improvement. This role is to strengthening our FP&A capabilities and requires hands-on technical skills, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to data excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. FP&A Systems Support:
  1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of FP&A systems, dashboards, and data infrastructure to support financial planning and reporting.
  2. Support integration and migration efforts by translating business needs into technical requirements and coordinating with IT and vendors.
  3. Participate in system testing (e.g., UAT, integration testing) and assist in go-live planning and readiness activities.
  4. Maintain documentation of system configurations, data flows, and reporting structures.
  5. Build and update FP&A dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI) to deliver timely financial insights.

 

  1. Post-Go-Live Operations:
  1. Monitor system performance and support day-to-day operations, including issue resolution and minor enhancements.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine dashboards and reports based on evolving business needs.
  3. Track and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, escalating risks when necessary.

 

  1. Data Integrity & Governance:
  1. Support the development and implementation of data governance guidelines, including data ownership and stewardship practices.
  2. Assist in data quality initiatives such as profiling, validation, and reconciliation across systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouse).
  3. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy protocols, including access controls and classification standards.
  4. Facilitate data sharing across teams while ensuring proper usage and documentation.
  5. Provide training and guidance to users on data governance policies and best practices.

 

  1. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  1. Work closely with Finance, IT, and Data Governance teams to align system priorities and resolve operational challenges.
  2. Act as a point of contact for system-related audits and compliance reviews.
  3. Contribute to cross-functional financial reporting and insights initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial data management, with a strong focus on data governance, data quality and system integration.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and access control practices.
  • Experience working with enterprise financial systems; exposure to SAP ERP or JEDOX is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
