Reporting to Senior Associate Director, the ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting, preferably with experience in Big 4 firms, and a solid background in FP&A. This role is ideal for someone ready to transition into the next frontier of FP&A—leveraging data and technology to drive financial insights and planning excellence.

- Leverage data analytics to uncover cost patterns and operational efficiencies, moving beyond static reporting.
- Detect anomalies and performance gaps through data interrogation and propose actionable improvements.
- Data-Enabled Business Partnering

- Enable senior management with dynamic, insight-rich dashboards that highlight emerging trends and performance drivers.
- Act as a connector between finance and operational teams to translate data into strategic actions.
- FP&A Systems Support
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of FP&A systems, dashboards, and data infrastructure.
- Participate in system testing (e.g., UAT, data migration testing) and assist in go-live planning.
- Develop and maintain FP&A dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI), and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and refine these tools following deployment.
- Data Integrity & Governance
- Support the development and implementation of data governance practices.
- Assist in data quality initiatives such as validation, reconciliation, and profiling.
- Facilitate data sharing across teams with proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field from a recognized university.
- Preferably trained in a Big 4 accounting firm with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in FP&A, with a readiness to embrace data-driven financial planning practices.
- Experience working with enterprise financial systems; exposure to SAP ERP or JEDOX is a plus.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management abilities
The position is only open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
