Duties & Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that align with organizational goals, enhancing security capabilities and addressing future needs.
• Conduct regular surveys and comprehensive risk assessments, analyzing vulnerabilities and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen security.
• Assess the effectiveness and operational efficiency of current security systems and recommend upgrades or new implementations as necessary.
• Support the entire security tender process, including drafting technical specifications, coordinating with vendors, evaluating proposals, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Plan and manage technology implementation projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with security objectives and budgetary constraints.
• Engage with internal and external partners to develop a technology strategy that supports operational needs, regulatory requirements, and evolving threats.
• Analyze data from security systems to support data-driven decision-making and produce regular reports on security performance and technology utilization.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation within the security infrastructure and recommend sustainable, cost-effective solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Approximately 5–7 years of working experience; this is not a mid-senior level role but ideal for early-career professionals seeking to grow their expertise in a meaningful domain
• Candidates from uniformed services (e.g., military, police, civil defense) with relevant operational or technical experience are strongly encouraged to apply
• Some exposure to security projects, vendor coordination, or technology deployment efforts in an operational context
• Basic experience in physical security risk assessments and contributing to the development or implementation of improvement plans
• Working knowledge of physical security technologies and IoT solutions is preferred, with an interest in deepening technical understanding over time
• Comfortable assisting in the planning and coordination of technology-driven initiatives and willing to take ownership of smaller projects under guidance
• Able to approach problems with initiative and suggest practical solutions with support
• Effective in liaising with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support security outcomes
