Job Description

  • Manage The AlumNUS eMagazine website, coordinate with web developers and designers to implement new features and enhancements to the website, and monitor website performance, user feedback, and analytics, making improvements to enhance the user experience.
  • Oversee and manage the production and distribution of The AlumNUS print editions, Alumni Awards booklets, and OAR brochure, ensuring high-quality printing and timely delivery.
  • Curate and create original and engagement content for The AlumNUS eMagazine and in print.
  • Develop and manage a strong digital engagement strategy for alumni communications, introducing innovative campaigns where needed, while keep track of the latest trends and technologies.
  • Lead effective and engaging alumni-focused digital marketing campaigns, including eNewsletters, event bulletins, and announcements.
  • Track, analyse and report on online engagement and the effectiveness of digital communications across the website, social media, and email marketing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in digital communications, content management, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in alumni relations, higher education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding and use of the latest digital communication technologies, including website management, social media, and email marketing, familiar with the latest digital media trends.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills, with experience in creating engaging digital content (written, visual, and video).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Fluent with content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics tools, with the ability to develop innovative digital communication strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Willing to occasionally work after office hours
