NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates (CFG) adopts a multipronged, student-centric approach to help them make sense of their strengths, refine their skills and demonstrate their value to employers. Beginning with the end in mind, CFG has developed a four-year roadmap to help enhance the employability of our graduates through a repertoire of skills programmes and industry focused experiential opportunities. Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategise and execute innovative branding, marketing, communications and social media campaigns to engage and influence students, employer partners and University stakeholders
- Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all digital and print platforms, including social media, newsletters, website, event collateral, and employer communications
- Work with various stakeholders and project manage multi-channel campaigns to increase student engagement in career programmes and services as well as key initiatives including Career Fest, Open House etc
- Establish tracking system and analyse marketing campaign performance to improve decision-making and quality of stakeholder engagement
- Leverage storytelling, student success cases, and data-driven insights to amplify the visibility and impact of Career Centre initiatives.
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or in a related field
- At least 5-6 years of relevant work experience
- Metric driven, with proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing communications strategies (preferably relating to digital marketing) with measurable results
- Strong strategic thinking, project and vendor management skills to excel in a fast-paced environment, with a high-volume event calendar
- Passion for experimentation and adept in originating creative concepts
- Excellent verbal, written and editing communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with various stakeholders
