About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Planning & Coordination, this role will play a critical role in developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies, with the overall aim of enhancing our students’ career readiness and employability.
We are looking for:

- Someone highly comfortable with technology, and abreast of developments in content management and digital marketing
Duties & Responsibilities
- Revamp and manage the quarterly Employer e-Newsletter end-to-end: work on content strategy, editorial calendar, stakeholder inputs (working with colleagues from various teams to source stories on employers and students), design and production; track performance (open rates, click through rates, etc).
- Integrate and repurpose relevant newsletter content and stories into social media campaigns to engage and influence students, employer partners and University stakeholders
- Review and ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all digital and print platforms, including social media, newsletters, website, event collateral, and employer communications
- Work with various stakeholders and project manage multi-channel campaigns to increase student engagement in career programmes and services as well as key initiatives including Open House, Career Fest etc
- Oversee the development of the Annual Reports: consolidate data from multiple teams, ensure accuracy, craft clear narratives and visuals, meet compliance and submission timelines
- Handling of media enquiries, coordinating cross-functional inputs to craft timely, accurate, and brand-aligned responses
- Leverage storytelling, student success cases, and data-driven insights to amplify the visibility and impact of Career Centre initiatives
Requirements of the Role
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or in a related field
- At least 5-6 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated experience leading newsletters, reports, and multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution with measurable results
- Strong strategic thinking, project and vendor management skills to excel in a fast-paced environment, with a high-volume event calendar
- Passion for experimentation and adept in originating creative concepts
- Strong copywriting and editorial skills; proficiency in turning complex data into clear narratives and visualizations
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with various stakeholders
