The Health & Wellbeing (Office of the President) is responsible for the innovation, implementation and evaluation of health & wellbeing programmes which support the general NUS population.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Programme Management Specialist to join our Training team. This role supports the operational management of our learning programmes. You will manage logistics, and ensure the smooth operation of training sessions, including our Resilience training programmes (FRTC and MRTC). This role is very unique in the industry, where you will have the opportunity to support mental health programmes with greater impact and from organisational perspective. You will oversee the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive Resilience Training Programme which aims to enhance the mental and emotional resilience of our soldiers, preparing them to face the challenges of modern military operations. Candidates should have a background in programme (or project) management and a hunger to explore new ways of enhancing the mental resilience of the Singapore Armed Forces. Corporate consultative experience in programme management, as well as solid negotiation and communication skills are highly desirable.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Project Management
-
Be the main POC for the rollout and operational management of Resilience training programmes (FRTC and MRTC).

Assist Team Leads with developing & managing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including MINDEF personnel and internal NUS experts and stakeholders.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to align programme objectives with the overall strategic goals of MINDEF.
• Logistics & Operations Management

Oversee the logistical needs and course material management on various learning management platforms (e.g. Canvas, Rise360, Kahoot)

Handle enrolment, scheduling, and planning for training sessions.

Prepare and manage backend training logistics, including room bookings, catering, and material preparation.

Ensure the smooth operation of all training sessions.

Manage and engage guest speakers for training sessions.
• Quality Assurance and Evaluation

Collect and analyze data from training course evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Provide insights and recommendations based on feedback received to enhance future training sessions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience:

Proven track record of at least 5+ years in programme management or project management.

Demonstrated ability to follow up with projects and tasks promptly.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
