Job Description
Operations Support
• Assist in the daily operations of engineering systems (MEP, HVAC, elevators, etc.).
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Respond to and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• To manage outsourced engineering staff.
Project & Maintenance Coordination
• Support the planning and execution of maintenance works and minor projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for servicing and repairs.
• Ensure timely documentation of maintenance activities.
Compliance & Safety
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections.
• Report potential hazards and support emergency response protocols.
Sustainability & Reporting
• Contribute to energy-saving initiatives.
• Monitor and record utility consumption.
• Assist in preparing operational reports and updates.
Guest Service Support
• Respond to guest or stakeholder requests related to engineering support.
• Work closely with the front office team to address engineering service issues promptly.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in engineering or facilities support, preferably in hospitality or institutional settings.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and preventive maintenance software.
