Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintenance and operations of assigned buildings.
• Supervise and manage operations of campus facilities, including attending to work requests, site inspections, meetings, and coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
• Ensure administrative processes in the Facilities Management System are completed promptly.
• Assist in troubleshooting and analysis of building operations matters.
• Support exploration and implementation of projects related to sustainability and digitization of building operations.
• Assist in planning and execution of daily operations as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Qualifications
• Relevant Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management.
Years of Experience
• 3 years of Facilities Management or related experience preferred
Knowledge / Skills (preferred)
• Attended/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)
• Attended/ Certified Fire Safety Manager
• Attended/ Certified Project Manager
• Attended/ Certified Workplace Safety Management
• Experience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
• Competent in MS Office applications
